Here we have an awesome project. Made around an A5 Moleskine brand notebook, you can use any book or notebook with the same approximate dimensions (210mm x 130mm).
This notebook has plenty of room for customizations such as adding a pen etc.
You will need 2.4-2.8mm leather for the outside and .8-1.2mm for the inside.
You'll also need approx. 1 metre of #5 zipper and 1 slide. Don't forget the wide tyvek (3.75") and double sided tape for your card pockets!
