Shipping policy

Where possible Orders received by 2pm Monday to Thursday will be sent on the day of order. Orders received after 2pm Friday will be posted the following Monday.

Orders are despatched Australia wide from Hobart Tasmania

As we are a very small business there may be times when it might occasionaly take longers that usual to process orders.  We try very hard to avoid this, but its not always possible.

Normal delivery times are between 7 to 15 business days. (This may vary depending on Covid)

Tracking numbers are sent with all orders

Shipping/postage includes Australia Posts cover for  loss or damage up to $100 in value.  If your purchase is over $100 we recommend purchasing  additional cover from Australia Post  by  selecting Postage with Insurance in checkout.   

Once orders are received by  the  Shipping/Postage Company, Makers Leather Supply Australia is not responsible for missing, lost, or damaged packages.  Insurance for missing, lost, or damaged packages can be purchased.
