This template makes cutting fringe the simplest thing! Place the template on your leather and use a rotary cutter or a scalpel in the slots. The fringe cutting area of the template is 8" long and 7.75" wide. If you use this template even once in your leatherworking career, it will be worth it to save the headache! Fringe is not an easy thing to measure and cut!!!
