You can stamp, carve, tool, paint, dye or just make them.
To make just cut two of each out of 1.6 - 2mm leather, sew together the similar pieces, and connect the top and bottom. The snug fit makes them slide together nicely, then all that's left to do is add a hole, grommet, or piece of leather for a hanger - and you're good to go!
